Shaun Hansen, who is the fourth man to be indicted for jamming Democratic phone lines in 2002, filed a motion arguing that the Bush administration and the national Republican Party gave their approval on the plan. Hansen is claiming entrapment because the Administration allegedly told his superiors the hang-up calls placed were legal.
